APPENDIX 3: SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SELF-SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE MAPO OFFER.

The purpose of this Appendix is to define the specific terms and conditions of online subscription to the Mapo offer via Self-Service. It supplements the Service Provider's General Terms and Conditions ("WOOP General Terms and Conditions of Services") available at: https://legal.woopit.fr/en/terms-of-service
In accordance with Article 3 of the GCS, in the event of any contradiction between the provisions of this Appendix and those of a higher-ranking document, the latter shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please note: Self-Service subscription is strictly reserved for professional Customers (B2B), acting in the course of their business. Any registration or use by a consumer (B2C) is expressly excluded.
Article 1. Self-Service subscription process
Registration form
- The Customer (or the natural person acting on his behalf) fills in an online form the website: https://www.woopit.fr/ by clicking on the "Our Solutions" section, then on the "Mapo, Try Mapo Free of Charge" section. The customer must then provide the required information, such as surname, first name, e-mail address, company name, telephone number, business sector, fleet size and country, and click on "Start my free trial".- The Customer declares that the information provided is accurate and complete. Any inaccurate or misleading declaration may justify the immediate suspension or termination of access to the Solution.
- The Customer formally accepts the present GTS (and the present Appendix ) by checking the acceptance box provided for this purpose or via any other equivalent technical device. This action constitutes an electronic signature and a firm commitment in the same way as a handwritten signature.
- Any use of the Solution implies full acceptance of the GTS and of the present Appendix 3. In the event of non-acceptance, the Customer must not continue to register or use the Solution.
- No payment data is required at this stage to create an account (see Article 4 for entering the means of payment).
Customer account confirmation and activation
- By clicking on "Set my password "n, the customer is invited to change his Mapo Planner password, in order to comply with current security requirements.
- The Customer agrees to create only one account. WOOP declines all responsibility in the event of damage resulting from the use of several accounts by the same Customer.
- Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit and port their personal data. They may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to dpo@WOOP.fr.
Access codes
- The Customer is entirely and exclusively responsible for the use of its access Identifiers, including in the event of use by its Users or by a third party. WOOP shall not be held liable in the event of usurpation of a Customer's identity. Any action carried out from an account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder.
- The Customer shall notify the Service Provider of any loss, theft or fraudulent use of his Access Codes as soon as possible.
Account management
Article 2. Free trial period
Test duration
- The Free Trial Period is fourteen (14) days, unless otherwise indicated on the subscription interface or in the confirmation email.- The Service Provider reserves the right to change the duration of the Trial Period. Any change will be notified to the Customer prior to registration or by explicit mention in the Self-Service interface.
Conditions of use
- No payment is required during the Trial Period.
Personal right to use the
Promotional communications
- The customer may unsubscribe from these promotional e-mails at any time, without this affecting the receipt of any transactional e-mails (account confirmation, payment reminder, etc.).
End of trial period
- In this case, the Service Provider may keep the Customer Data for a period of thirty (30) days beyond the end of the trial, in order to allow for a possible late subscription. At the end of this period, Customer Data may be permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.
- If, during the trial or at the end of the trial, the Customer chooses to subscribe to a paid subscription, he/she is then required to provide his/her means of payment (article 4), and the paid subscription begins in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 3 below.
Article 3. Subscription formulas and duration
Management
- The subscription formula is accessible directly from the Solution, either to subscribe via the "Subscribe" section of Mapo Planner, or to manage the subscription via the "Manage subscription" section.
Choice of Formula
- Features included,
- Any limits (number of vehicles, users, etc.),
- Applicable rates.
- Tariffs may benefit from promotional and/or marketing offers, subject to the conditions set out in the offers.
- The customer selects the Formula best suited to his needs.
Initial period and renewal
- Unless otherwise stated, the subscription is tacitly renewed for successive periods (month or year, depending on the Formula) until terminated in accordance with Article 5 below and Article 5 of the GCS.
Anniversary and billing
- The Customer is invoiced at the beginning of for each new period, in accordance with the terms specified in Article 4 (payment via Stripe) and Article 8 of the GCS.
Upgrade
- The change takes effect immediately and gives rise to a new invoice. The amount already paid for the current Formula is then deducted in proportion to the time remaining on the current subscription period. Then, the price of the new Formula is applied pro rata to the remaining period, except in the case of a change in subscription duration from monthly to annual, in which case the full price of the new Formula applies.
Downgrade (formula reduction)
- The Customer must request this via the Service Provider's Self-Service interface before the end of the current period.
- The new Formula will apply from the following period.
Article 4. Terms of payment via Stripe
Enter means of payment
- When subscribing to the Pay-as-you-go package, customers enter their bank details (e.g. credit card) directly on Stripe's secure platform.- The Service Provider does not store any payment data; these are managed by Stripe, in accordance with PCI-DSS rules and the applicable legal framework.
- Stripe's terms and conditions are available at https://stripe.com/
- By ticking the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Service", the Customer acknowledges full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Service.
- By clicking on the "Pay and Subscribe" button, the Customer authorizes WOOP to debit his/her bank account for future payments in accordance with the chosen Formula.
Subscription to the Formula takes effect after validation of the banking controls in force. Billing and direct debit
- Invoices are made available to the customer in his Stripe online space and are sent by e-mail.
Late or non-payment
- In the event of non-compliance, the Service Provider may suspend access to the Solution and apply the penalties set out in Article 8 of the GCS.
Price indexation and revision
Article 5. Cancellation of the Self-Service subscription
Cancellation at the Customer's initiative
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their online account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period (monthly or annual).
No repayments during the period
Consequences
- The provisions of Article 5 of the GCS (Termination of Contract, Reversibility, etc.) apply

Article 6. Communications and personal data during the trial
E-mail usage
- During the Free Trial Period, the Service Provider may send the Customer transactional e-mails (account activation, expiry reminders, etc.) and promotional e-mails (presentation of the paying offer, etc.).- The Customer may unsubscribe from promotional mailings (newsletter, etc.) at any time, without this preventing the receipt of e-mails strictly necessary for the performance of the Contract (access, billing, support, etc.).
Personal data protection
- In the case of Self-Service, the Service Provider does not request any banking information during the trial period; when the customer opts for a paying offer, he is redirected to the Stripe interface.
