Instructions : The Contract, along with this Agreement, constitutes the Client's instruction to the Service Provider regarding the Processing described below.
| Description of processing | The data processing operations implemented by the Service Provider are necessary for the execution of the Contract and aim to facilitate the delivery of the Client's end customers. |

| Nature of processing | Collection of data from the Client, recording of data within the Service Provider’s application, transmission of data to carriers for the preparation of a quotation and execution of delivery, retention, and archiving by the Service Provider. |
| Purpose of processing | Order delivery and notification of end customers, management of user access to the application. |
| Type of data subject to processing | Data related to end customers to be delivered: name, first name, phone number, email, delivery address, door code if applicable, address comments if applicable, nature of the product to be delivered, order number, delivery status, delivery date and time. Data related to the delivery personnel: verbatim. |
| Data Retention Period by the Subcontractor | Customer data: 3 months in the active database, then 3 years in the archive database. The data is then anonymized for statistical purposes. Delivery personnel verbatim: 1 month, then deletion. |
